Membership meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month with the exception of September’s meeting, which is held on the second Tuesday of the month or unless otherwise specified. Our monthly meetings are held at the Montour DeLong Fairgrounds at 7:00 pm.
Agenda items may be submitted to any officer prior to the Sunday before the monthly meeting. The Meeting Agendas will then be published online (website and Facebook) on that Sunday for members to review before the meeting on Tuesday evening. (Meeting agendas were implemented February 2019.)
